In my quest to find a reliable commuter car with low mileage, I was fortunate to find Jose and the team at Karros Burbank/Elmer Field Auto. Affordability was a priority for me as I was on a tight budget and didn’t want to deal with the headache of a dealership overcharging/nickel and diming me for a used car. This dealer was the complete opposite. They delivered outstanding customer service and exceeded my expectations from start to finish.
I found (2) two vehicles within my budget while browsing on the Carfax Used Car Dealer website and sent a quick text message to Jose to confirm that the vehicles were available. He responded to my message promptly and told him that I would be able to make it to his location to see the vehicles for a test drive right before closing. When I arrived, the vehicles were pulled curbside, waiting for my arrival. The vehicles were in great condition with low mileage, clean (interior and exterior). Ultimately, it was a tough decision to decide on either of the two. Jose assisted me in making a solid decision and made the entire process from start to finish (initial communication – test drive – decision making – paperwork – payment) a breeze.

I just got a used car from Karros and I love it. Jose is very friendly and was super patient while I waffled for two weeks over whether I wanted the car. He drove it to the mechanic I chose for a pre-purchase inspection, and worked with me on getting the recommended fixes taken care of. When it came time to buy it, he went through all the paperwork with me carefully and made sure I understood everything I was signing. At no point was he pushy, and I ended up with a car I am very happy with at a fair price. If the engine falls out in the next 100 miles I will update this review, but so far so good! Thanks Jose!
