Daycare provider/owner is wonderful with my children!! I have a 7 year old and almost 3 year old that love her so much! It is a wonderful feeling to have somewhere for my children to stay with someone I fully trust!

You can tell the owner cares about the development and growth of the children. She keeps you updated on your child’s progress. My daughter is almost 3 and she enjoys going there. It’s hard to trust someone with your children but I know my child is in good hands with the employees at Karrot Tops.

While the interior of the building is decorated well and kept clean, the actual physical location is rather unsafe. The "play area" is very small, located right near a busy road, and it is not an actual playground. The owner of the business is VERY difficult to deal with. Forewarning if you do decide to enroll your child: she does not give a refund under ANY circumstances (even if you pay with the wrong card accidentally or she misinforms you about any vacation dates that were not in the original agreement you both signed, which should have been completely refunded). In my personal experience, I was ignored and avoided when talking to her about anything related to payments, and when I tried to get clarification on the discrepancies in her policy and what she was actually implementing, she was extremely rude and didn't know her own policy at all and refused to give me my money back. Get everything in writing when dealing with the owner, or you will lose your hard-earned money. Better yet, do not enroll your child here in the first place. Horrible experience.
