I cannot give the works of this talented acupuncturist enough praise. Kate has the innate ability to know what the body needs. She is not only devoted to her practice and study she is devoted to healing her patients. I was so sick thinking that I might have to go to the ER yet knowing I would find no answers there I resisted, instead I called Kate she came straight away “a house visit” and in our case a camper visit. She crawled up into the tiny space and gave me the loving care I needed. Within moments I started to feel relief from all over body aches and a splitting headache that had been with me for over 24 hours. I went from feeling on the edge of sorrowful desperation to being up and brushing my teeth. No headache, no body aches and I was able to consume liquids without any struggle. Oh and food suddenly sounded appealing. We are very lucky to have such a talented, devoted healer in our small valley. Even if you think you feel pretty good go see Kate as then you are sure to feel terrific!!!

Since June of 2020 I have been struggling with knee issues due to doing no physical activity to a ton all at once and I had to quit my daily walks because I was in so much pain from my knee locking and popping. I went to see my primary doctor and was diagnosed with runners knee (I don’t run…..at all) I even had a cortisone shot to help with the pain. It helped for about a month, and then the pain came back. For some reason acupuncture didn’t even cross my mind. I know that my body responds well to this type of treatment. I found Kate on the internet and figured I would give her a try. She is AMAZING!!!! After just one treatment I began to feel better. She opened my eyes to the types of foods that are inflammatory to me based on my blood type. The swelling in my knee has gone down, but I still have a road ahead of me on my journey to healing. With her help I know I will be successful! Seriously she knows her stuff. She listens to you and your body. I am so thankful for her.
