I had a rhinoplasty consult with Dr.McCarn, she was very descriptive on what needed done, I got septoplasty years ago and it didn't do much my nose is deformed and still broken she explained the process I am looking forward to her doing my surgery! She is with the Vancouver Clinic and feel she will get my nose looking fabulous again!! Tu for being so kind!

In 2019, we tried to help a young man who was born in Russia to get surgery for a cleft lip. We paid to have him have an appointment with Dr. McCarn. However, after that, we could not even communicate with her. We simply wanted treatment for him and a referral if she did not want to (or could not) treat him. However, she took our money for the visit but did not follow up and would not communicate with us or with him. We were using our charitable foundation to help him, and I feel that we were cheated. I prefer not to write reviews, but her conduct was so unprofessional that I feel it is important to warn others.
