n 2019, we tried to help a young man who was born in Russia to get surgery for a cleft lip. We paid to have him have an appointment with Dr. McCarn. However, after that, we could not even communicate with her. We simply wanted treatment for him and a referral if she did not want to (or could not) treat him. However, she took our money for the visit but did not follow up and would not communicate with us or with him. We were using our charitable foundation to help him, and I feel that we were cheated. I prefer not to write reviews, but her conduct was so unprofessional that I feel it is important to warn others.

I had a rhinoplasty consult, everything was explained to great detail, I domt understand the previous reviews as surgeons they get called for surgery and that's that! Mychart is very easy to use, upload photos etc! Anyways, my nose broken in 99', had possible sepotplasty in 03', well it deviated because there needed to be rhinoplasty as well, so here I sit with a broken nose after thinking I had rhinoplasty all along but I was very young and my mom didn't get what I had obviously Kate was very descriptive and so funny and nice and made me feel comfortable to proceed with the surgery! I am excited to be able to breathe again and have a nice looking nose:) tu Dr. McCarn
