The associates here are so delightful and helpful. I went in to buy a birthday present and they walked me through their clothes and helped me find what would best fit her style and body. Also, everything is so we'll organized and beautifully presented. Can't wait to go back and get my own!

Overall very good customer service. Some were a little less helpful than others, but Liz was awesome helping with a phone order and took the extra time to make sure they had the product I was looking for. Shipping was also insanely cheap - $5 to Bellevue, although there was delay in the store sending my package and UPS picking it up for shipment. Killer discounts. Don't hesitate to use them for phone orders!

I went in a couple days before Mother’s Day to buy mother a purse and received excellent and helpful service. The leather on the bag began to chip off in one spot after two weeks. I had a one year warranty on the purse so I brought it bag to exchange it for a new one. The blonde manger lady was so rude and said it wasn’t their fault because it looked like food was on the spot where the leather was chipping... she wouldn’t replace the purse, after leaving the store a bit confused why the warranty wouldn’t cover it I called and a very helpful employee told me that of course they would replace it and was confused on why whoever helped me wouldn’t exchange the bag for me. Anyways I went back into the store and told them my situation and the blonde manager came out and was extremely rude and passive aggressive to me and the employee who helped me on the phone. She did end up replacing the purse but was so unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome and I feel bad for all the employees there that have to work with her.
