Kate is amazing! She always knows how to get my tight muscles feeling better. She is constantly researching new massage techniques to aid in her practice. The environment of Kate's Day Spa is so relaxing- I feel 100% better every time I go. HIGHLY recommend! :)

Highly recommend Kate's Day Spa! I book my appointments with Heather specifically, but have met Kate many times in the reception area. I've been going here for a couple years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have tried other spas but didn't like the overly fancy places, with too many aromas and sales-y pressure. Nothing compares to the calm, down to earth, friendly environment that Kate and Heather both provide.

Kate's was my first massage experience three years ago, and I've never gone anywhere else. Heather has helped me through multiple injuries and chronic back pain - her expertise is unmatched. My partner sees Kate while I'm in with Heather, and I've heard nothing but great things. They are such a sweet and caring pair, and we cherish our visits with them!
