I really like Dr. Brown. She has been my primary doctor for the past few years; I like her style, she is direct but carrying and pay attention to concerns

This doctor was very abrupt and rude when she saw me. I had various issues to discuss, and because she did not have them all listed on my chart, she was short and curt. Kept cutting me off and not listening to me. Worst of all, she touched the floor with her gloved hands and did some examinations without changing her gloves! Horrible experience, and she seems to be unapologetic about the entire situation. I will not be returning to the polyclinic and would not recommend this doctor to others. Doctors should be caring and empathetic, and above all, hygienic.
