Always a great visit! I was taken on time by the dental assistant. Dr Olson cleaned my teeth herself. She was easygoing and gentle. I got a good report. She reviewed my plan of care coordinated with my periodontist and made an appointment for my next cleaning with her office.

I’ve had very favorable experiences at Dr. Olson's office. Starting with the nice look of the exterior of the building, the comfortable furnishings of the waiting room, and the friendly welcome of the staff, I was impressed from the start. Dr. Olson introduced herself and she had this very warm, kind way of speaking to me, spent time to get to know me before we talked dentistry, and kept me well informed with the whole examination, treatment, findings and recommendations. Excellent dentist! Arlene and Katherine are also very nice people and great Hygenist’s. All-around a high-level of satisfaction!

Dr. Olson was our first dentist after we moved to Spokane and continued with them for over 2 years. It was all good for normal cleaning but the problem started with filling/restoration for my wife. They gave an initial estimate of $269 for a few fillings and started treatment. After the first visit (one side), we complained about pain but they treated it as normal so gave some pain killer and proceeded with the second visit (other side) and fully messed up with her teeth as she cant eat and sleep. They showed her hell and eventually ended up referring to an Endodontist for root canal. For half treatment, they charged $844. When I asked, they said the initial estimate was wrong. Somehow they negotiated to pay the original estimate of $269 so they could close the statement but after making the payment they sent the dues to the credit agency.
