Where to start with Katie Newquist. She endured an almost 2 year long search for either a property to build on or a home that had everything we wanted for land and layout. She never missed a beat and was happy to schedule yet another viewing every time we asked!!! And let me tell ya there were a lot!! Giving us countless hours of her time to prepare schedules and supply the best info on each property we thought we had interest in. We would recommend Katie to anyone looking for any type of property. She seamlessly provided every bit of information we asked for and then some. Then there is the house we decided to buy. Through all the little bumps in the road and negotiations she helped us close in about 20 days with several road blocks moved. Without her persistent and unwavering dedication to help us, that would have taken well over a month or two to get done in most cases. Thank you again Katie from the bottom of our hearts. You are a cherished and valuable asset to this community!!!
