Just have to sing the praises of Azi, an amazing associate at Kay at Westfield Valley Fair. I needed to place a gift order on behalf of a dear, elderly friend who lives out of state and is confined to a rehab facility. After over a collective hour and multiple phone calls and texts, the order finally went through. Azi’s professionalism, kindness and patience was the best customer service I have witnessed in years from any establishment. She renewed my faith that there are still good, caring people out there.
