The older lady got her dirty hands my eyes and I feel like it's getting infected. Also took way too much off the left eyebrow

Went in and an older lady had serviced me and felt this sharp rip of hair off my eyebrow making it shorter. I told her then she then tried to gaslight me saying I had no hair in the spot. If so I wouldn’t had felt the pain. My eyebrow bald spot was in pain for two hours even after. I just got up and left told her it’s was okay. I didn’t even let them do my other eyebrow.
