The process, similar to a residential purchase did have some aspects pertaining to titling and escrow that were different for me.

She pushed back while the contract was being finalized to have my revisions added which truly represented my interests. She would actively follow up which helped to keep everything moving along. Even after the sale she was still very responsive with helping answer my property tax questions.
