I called this group 3 times over a period of a week after being given the name by my contractor. The city of LA was now requested a grading study, in addition to the soil and land survey, in order to start the reconstruction of my driveway retaining wall project. . This company was completely unresponsive , yet being in a hurry with the project, I persisted.as researching and finding another company would take time.

After finally getting a hold of someone, they said to send paperwork and photos via email and then they would get back to me that day. The day turned into 5 days and when I called again, for the 6th time. This time they indicated that they would give me a quote that very day. Instead I got a "we cannot help" email.

Could they have not said that on the first day via phone? Not wasting anyone's time?

Very tacty service, dare say lazy and lies to you. They wasted a week of my time and delayed my contractors work.
