Kevin is an outstanding mechanic! He is professional, punctual, personable, knowledgeable, and has impeccable customer service. Initially I was going to have him install a new hybrid battery, but thankfully after assessing my Prius, he determined that another part was needed instead and offered to fix it. He then traveled 74 miles out of his way to locate the part and when he returned, worked out in the scorching heat to repair my vehicle. WOW! Thank you! :)
