This was my 2nd experience working with The KD Team! They remained constant with excellent communication and performance to the time frames in the contract. Both transactions I was the Listing Agent. From a Listing Agents' point of view KD Team exceeded my expectations. When I am representing a Seller and I see a pre approval from the KD Team, I know it will close on time and we will have unparalleled communication through the process.

The experience we had working with Kaelen from Alameda mortgage was first class from the very first conversation all the way through closing. The entire team was responsive to calls and texts even after hours or over the weekends.
