Fast, easy, convenient. Was able to help my father make his preferred selections for his end of life wishes. All was handled on line and followed up with by their prompt and gracious staff by telephone. Their follow up and tips for how to deal with a loved ones estate were most helpful. Keep it simple was there for every step in this difficult time in my life. I had some problems with the online form, I called them and they walk me through it. There staff is very caring and informative, and took care of the process in a very timely manner. Thank you Keep It Simple for everything you did for my Mom.

I would definitely recommend Keep It Simple. It's hard enough to try to deal with everything associated with the passing of a loved one, so to have a company that makes it very simple and all dealings and pricing are transparent, makes it so much easier. Sam helped my family and I to take care of our mother who unexpectedly passed and had no arrangements made prior to this happening. She even checked in with us every few days to touch base. We were happy with how our mom's arrangements turned out.
