He made the process of buying our first home fun and easy plus handled the whole transaction, from helping us find a home, writing an acceptable offer to the seller for less than asking price, and even did the loan for ZERO points. I just recently bought my first home and used Keith as my agent and loan officer. I was amazed at the great rate I got for no points and how smooth he made the whole process. We found a home and he got our offer excepted. I was surprised because I did not think the seller would come down as low as he got them to go! I am so happy with his negotiating skills on my behalf and the great low rate and no points on my loan. Thanks Keith! As a first time homebuyer, I’m glad I worked with Keith. He knows the entire process, in and out, and was able to answer my many, many questions in a timely manner.
