I was lied to and misled by Kim Archambeau, a broker at this business. Kim will brag about her high profile clients, brag about how much money she makes, and then brag about how well she will do at selling your home. Her strategy included hiring a $1000 photographer, high quality video, and open houses that she would host herself. But when the time came for photos, she showed up with her managing broker as the photographer. When open houses were scheduled, she was not on the list to host any of them (luckily I sold the house myself and open house was not needed.) There were too many half-truths and manipulations to even list, but when we confronted Kim about the discrepancies between her walk and her talk, she began crying and telling us she sold Shawn Kemp's house. Not sure how that was relevent, but the crying and driving away without speaking to us was all too weird. That was it for Kim, she was unable to take any of our concerns professionally and essentially backed out of the transaction. I was then left to deal with the other Kim in the office, who lacked any warmth or friendliness at all. This team did not sell my home, although they walked away with the commission. To be fair, I paid 2% commission on my home, HOWEVER, I brought in the buyer and asked them to use Kim as well, so she got both commissions. Moving is hard enough, don't make it harder and find a realtor that is honest and hardworking. Kim Archambeau is neither. Run from this agency and find someone who will care about you and your family and not add stress, hassle and drama to your already stressful time.

Dylan Ursua did excellent work. My buying process was extremely complicated caused by my side and the mortgage company made things very complicated and last moment problems showed up. Dylan worked things out. He worked hard followed up very often communicated very well with every side. It is a long story but he can deserve more than 5 stars. He also put very smart amount for the appraisal.
