Steve is experienced and very knowleageable. He is also efficient and thorough. Most importantly, I could trust hand rely on him to guide me objectively and look after my interest. He knew the house buying/selling process and more than enough of the legal stuff and 'need-to-be-dones'and he helped me through the many required steps of the offer and escrow process. He kept me informed about what was going on, what needed to be done next, and helped get things done. I felt he cared and took time to help me.
He also knew all sorts of things about houses and things that are in houses! Be it about flooring, heaters, plumbing, windows ...... He answered my many questions and basically educated me about houses.
