We had an unexpected opportunity to relocate to the other side of the country, all within 6 weeks from start to finish. In years past when we needed a realtor, the experience was lack-luster with regards to professionalism and communication, often the realtor not listening to us with the intent to understand our wants/needs so, needless to say, we were apprehensive about hiring a realtor, then leaving the state during a time where mortgage rates were rising, and the market was growing uncertain. However, Kelly Melberg was, well, simply amazing! She listened to us with the intent to understand our goals, hopes, dreams, and concerns, then she addressed them point-by-point, keeping to those wishes over the course of the listing and subsequent sale. Her professionalism was beyond reproach, always putting her best effort and skills to work on our behalf, constantly watching the market, making suggestions, and advertising our home often to maximize opportunities. Also, she never pretended to know everything, if she didn’t know the answer to a question, we had she admitted it, then found out and got back to us promptly. Selling a house on one side of the United States while trying to settle on the other side is hard, however Kelly took control for us which allowed us to get on with our lives. There are no words that can express the gratitude we have for her, she isn’t just a phenomenal realtor, she is a good person fundamentally with a strong drive, along with solid morals and ethics!
