Kelly, Stephen doesn't like asians. Probably why I haven't seen the nice asian front desk lady in awhile. The new front desk lady seems just as crazy as him.

My appointment was fine. However, the glasses came with a prescription way off in one eye. So people make mistakes, no big deal... except they refused to fix it, insisting that I wear them for a while, and treating me like I'm lying to them about not being able to see out of one eye. Still trying to solve the problem; it seems to be up to me to find one of the rare times that the doctor is in and available without an appointment, because the receptionist doesn't believe me and won't do anything or even make an appointment on her own...
