Kelly did such a wonderful job as realtor for the sale of my home in Merced. After a very bad experience with another realtor, she really came to the rescue. She bent over backwards to get everything on track, staged the home and had a professional photographer to do the pictures that presented my home in the best possible way. The photos looked truly professional. She had very good suggestions on how to improve the look, yet kept the expenditures in check. Cameron came and did a few repairs which were needed, such as replacing some light fixtures and replacing damaged baseboards, which is really a boon as it is very difficult to find a good, reliable repairman. She kept me informed at every step so I was always appraised of the next step in the process, which was new to me. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property in these difficult times. Such a very kind and considerate person.
