Rick Kelm did my RV storage facilities on Kiowa. He's a local fireman so you don't see him all the time but his communication is always good. His crew always have good direction and are nice and prompt. Thanks Rick!!!

Rick arrived at my house on time on Thursday night gave me an estimate and was the most reasonable out of three other contractors that took days to get back to me he stated his crew would be there at 6:00 a.m. the following day they were there 15 minutes early and the whole job was done by 1:00 p.m. a very high quality job with a professional crew I'm a LA police officer and wish there were more contractors like this guy in California I highly recommend him

I hired Kelm Concrete to do a relatively small job of steps in my backyard. Rick came out and gave me a quote for various options, we discussed, and I hired him to pour my steps. His guys came out, asked a lot of questions, walked me through the process, formed it up and poured, and finished in less than a week. It not only came out looking great, Rick's price for MORE work was literally LESS THAN ONE THIRD of one other concrete contractor's quote for LESS work. Also, Rick is excellent at communicating prices, options, etc. so there are no surprises and his crew was experienced and meticulous. So, I am very happy with Kelm and highly recommend them for any concrete job you are considering. If I should ever need any additional concrete work, Kelm is my go-to contractor.
