Not knowing much about Jewelry I probably would have ended up at a chain store to buy my now fiancé’s engagement ring, fortunately I was talked into using Ken and Daughter by some friends who have also had great experiences.
The customer service is off the charts. I had a bunch of difficult special requests and Greg handled them without any hang ups , was happy to oblige, and got back to me fast. I ended up walking away with what my fiancé now refers to as her “dream ring” thanks to Greg hunting down the perfect diamond for me.
Legitimately, could not have asked for a better experience.
We would give a sixth star if there was one! Edie helped us today after having quite a terrible experience from a different jeweler. We had a very tight timeline for finding a setting and all the employees in the store helped us find the ring that was absolutely perfect for my wife and helped us get it fitted. This store embodies great customer service. Wish I dealt with more businesses like this. What a refreshing experience and wonderful place to shop. -Very Satisfied Customer
