Kendall Automotive is an amazing company.. I know the owners personally and if you are looking for quality service.. and attention to detail They are the place you want to be.. I’ve had many interactions with them and and have always been a satisfied customer and genuinely appreciate the work they perform as well as thier personal, family oriented business that has me a repeat customer for a long time!!
I've had a few interactions with Kendall Automotive over the years. The first was a while back when I had a fault code on an older Saturn SUV transmission. I called Kendall Automotive, explained my issue and rather than having me come in, charge me a diagnostic fee and go from there, I was referred directly to a local transmission specialist for my issue. That type of honesty is priceless and I truly appreciate that.
The most recent was when I suggested my gf have her car taken here for a check engine light that came on. As its an older vehicle, parts were hard to come by and they made no secret of that. After diagnosing the issue they did what they could to keep her car up and running and the problem was resolved.
Truly a stand up, honest shop whose only concern is that of the customer. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here.
