Kenmore senior living has done a great job with my mom who has neuropathy and dementia. The care givers, Kim, and James work hard to keep the level of care high and your loved ones safe.
I recommend this facility to anyone with a loved one experiencing these issues!

My name is Seth Ashbay. I was a volunteer for Kenmore senior living on July 23rd, I understand that was a long time ago to be writing the review now but I wanted to give Kenmore senior living time for an apology that was never given. I am autistic, just helping whenever I needed to be and around lunch time my girlfriend who works there goes to write a lunch order. This is when I was pushed into a corner and yelled at by a lady named Linda before she tries to assault me. I brought up the issue with her boss and filed a complaint with no word of the matter so my girlfriend goes into a meeting with her boss, Linda, her manager and herself to discuss the issue. There the Executive Director said that he didn't care what kind of tone or language she used to tell me to leave, even though I was a volunteer. On top of that, she completely denied trying to reach for me and the Executive Director chose to ignore this fact. Linda also said that people with "such a debilitating disability" shouldn't be there, volunteering or otherwise. I will not be volunteering here again and will continue to tell others to not volunteer as well. This establishment is not a safe place for people with mental or physical disabilities and will be discriminated against just for being different. I would love to see this change as there are good people who work here but the fact I was backed into a corner, screamed at and almost assaulted if I hadn't moved and then had my complaint brushed under the rug with no apology or email explaining what happened is unacceptable.

Transitioning Mary's father to assisted living facility was daunting but the staff at Kenmore Senior Living were there to assist every step of the way. From providing information and guidance at initial tour; reserving an apartment; assessment; moving (recommended movers) and doing so much to make my father feel welcomed. Her father has language/communication difficulties and the staff was there to work around this and resolve to meet his needs. Kim Spencer and Natasha Lillo are very knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions and take immediate action.
Mary's father is now enjoying his new home/community. It is a relief to us to know he will be well taken care of at Kenmore Senior Living.
