Great service and very friendly staff that really care about your animals well-being. They are willing to take the extra steps to make you and your pet comfortable. Great prices for this area too. My only complaint was they charge a fee if you pay by credit card. I didn't know that before so I didn't bring cash. Now that I know, it's not a problem. Just a heads up for others though, it pays to bring cash! I will definitely be gong back.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've been here multiple times since I moved here. These people are incompetent, and clearly don't care much about the work they do or the animals involved. I took my dog in, they shrugged off my concerns of what it was, and misdiagnosed him. During that visit, not only did they not call me with updates or estimates, as they were directed to do, but when I finally called after all day to check on him, they said "yeah he's been ready to go for a while". They lack communication, punctuality, and common decency, apparently. But to top things off, because of their misdiagnosis, my dog is currently in critical care - vomiting blood, infection, lethargic, and a cough. Not to mention, costing me a lot of money I don't have. Thanks, Kennedy for ALL YOU DO. Really, you guys deserve a medal. #1 in amazingly ignorant.

They are walking with us in the treatment of our dog with lymphoma. Even though they don't treat the cancer we are actively working with OSU oncology and Dr. Kennedy has been very supportive. This is a tough time for us and I feel my dog is in good hands. Strongly recommend.
