If you're reading and contemplating this, yes, you need a lawyer. I had a catastrophic accident that rendered me disabled, and my social security disability claim was denied twice. There was one problem, even though my claim was valid, unless you speak the language of the system it's going to spit you out. Mr. Marks not only speaks that language but has a working relationship with the adjudicators and offices you'll need to navigate. Speaking as an ex Marine and 15 year construction worker, I appreciated the fact that Mr. Marks is blunt, upfront, and not full of b@llsh!t. He'll let you know where you stand and what you should do. You'll get a forthright and honest, objective evaluation on your claim and proper representation.

It is not only the positive result that we won the case that I feel Kenneth deserve all the credit, but from the first meeting I had with Kenneth to court appearance and receiving my first check.
He and his staff answered every question, answered my calls and were very helpful in every step of the process. I am glad I choose him to represent me and I highly recommend him.

Attorney Marks has been great to work with for my SSDI case. He and his office staff have been professional, responsive, supportive, met all deadlines & most importantly guided my case to an ultimate win/award. I would highly recommend him!
