Normally, I like shopping here. I had placed an order for pickup and some shipped items that were 20% off the day before and when I got to the store, they had no record of it. Even though the order was placed online and processed fine (so it seemed), my cart showed as if the order was never processed when I checked my computer later. I didn't go back to the store (which I'm sure they would have tried to help if they could). This was no fault of the local store, but probably an online order processing problem. Too bad, too, because the order included Christmas gifts. The price difference with the discounts was $102 vs $267. 😒
