As a returning customer, I came to buy a replacement tube for a bike I was repairing. When asking an associate named Joe P. about tube specifications, he responded with incredulity and humor, as if my question was really stupid. My girlfriend, who was also there, agrees with me that several of the statements he made were condescending and arrogant. The final nail in the coffin was when I asked about returning a defective product. He made a suggestive comment, subtly implying that I had broke it upon trying to install it. While I have never had any problem at Ken’s before, this one interaction has been enough to compel me to take my business elsewhere.

Dishonest, untrustworthy sales. Purchased a brand new bicycle from them. Still in box. They said, had a blemish, scratch on frame and they discounted bike. Paid for bike. A day later I was contacted by Ken’s Bike and told bike was missing a post and seat. I had to purchase the seat and post for a brand new bike. Ridiculous. I canceled order. Don’t trust these amateurs.

Great bike shop here. Hector, one of the staff that works here, explains everything perfectly. The explanation he gave was easy for me to follow. I even tried out some bikes here.
They were nice enough to hold a bike for me for when I needed it.
