Almost 50 years of assisting home and business owners design and achieve their goals and their dreams to improve the most valued asset they have, their property. Our clients vary in many ways, but they agree their decision to work with Kenstruction was sound.
This past September we began a major reconstruction due to a leak that caused black mold. I had used Kenstruction about 12 yrs. ago and decided to go with them as I was very happy with the work they had previously done. This time we needed black mold removal, complete gutting and redesigning of two bathrooms. We were so happy with the work that we used them again for siding replacement, outside painting, and a new garage door. We needed a new side gate and front fence. Our contractor, Ray told us that they would throw it in for free for us. We never got the fence or gate. I noticed (it was behind the furniture) holes in our walls where plant shelves were taken off in the front of the house and replaced with siding. When the construction was done it was not noticed until December for the living room when preparing holiday decorations. They guys came out and repaired the wall in two places but could not match our paint so we told them it was ok. The other room is not used by us and a sewing unit was covering the holes in that wall. It has taken us months of being in contact with Ray to get that issue resolved. After many text messages and calling he finally had someone come out and fix the holes but we have yet to see anyone put the texture on the area. I love Kenstruction but do not feel that Ray is a good contractor. We are planning on redoing our kitchen and flooring, unfortunately I will not be using Kenstruction.
Update: As of 9/4/18 we have not heard back from Kenstruction to complete the hole in the wall that was created by their crew when putting up the outside siding. I am so disappointed with Ray and can not believe that after months of promising to fix their mistake, he has totally blown us off and gone radio silent.
