I called Kent Appliance Mending in the hopes that they could assist me because my wine cooler had stopped cooling. When the technician showed up on schedule, he quickly identified and resolved the cooling system issue. My wine is once again kept chilled by the cooler. Their efficiency and professionalism have greatly impressed me!

The service technician was so surprising because he arrived on time, was pleasant, and professional to work with. He was fast and thorough when he started fixing my microwave turntable not rotating. He informed me everything about my appliance. He knew the best way to complete the repair. He just completed his work within an hour, and the result was very satisfying. Last Friday morning, I can see that the technician who came to my house was a good natured and polite young man as he was repairing my cooktop that was not igniting. I too was glad seeing him that serious on fixing my appliance and did not rest until he was through on time. He was also polite, informed and very enthusiastic about his work.
