Typically excellent and knowledgeable service. I am not sure what kind of experience Todd L. had but I have never felt the staff have been unreasonable or unfair.

For "government" it was a pleasant experience for a change. We went to find out about building permits, and requirements. The desk person, and the advisor were both very polite, professional, and helpful. Doesn't get any better then this. High marks for the City of Kent!
