This was our second design from Aundrea Cooper at Kent's. The arrangement and her choice of plants to our requirements (Wind and Salt tolerance) were perfect. She is straightforward to work with, very nice, and listens to our requests. We even made a big change just as she was finishing the design, and she took it in stride. She loves her job.
I recommend her and Kent's Nursery and will use her again for another upcoming project.
Kent’s Garden &Nursery in Bellingham, Wa My husband and I recently approached Kent’s Garden and Nursery to design and install a dry rock Zen garden on our backyard 16x32 ft. property. Customer relationship is very important to Kent’s. From the beginning to the completion, we found the staff knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. Designer Aundrea met with us to establish our Zen garden concept. Shortly thereafter she returned with a design plan that met and exceeded our original idea. Issac, the landscaper, also met with us before the installation to get a feel for our Zen concept. Both Aundrea and Isaac guided us with their abundant knowledge of specific plants and rocks that would enhance our meditative garden. Especially impressive is the pea gravel “river” that winds around the large smooth rocks, the moss, the grass plants and the miniature Japanese maple. One last note. Isaac gave us the estimated cost of our Zen garden endeavor before beginning the installation. Isaac also wrote up a detailed watering and care plan for us.
