Extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Called several times, left two messages, and used the message feature on Trulia over a period of five days. Did receive an automated email to the web message I sent saying I would be contacted shortly. Finally texted the phone number we had been calling saying that we had received no response and we were interested in a property. The response I received was, “What property?” I responded. Several minutes later they responded, “It has been leased.” If I could leave zero stars I would.

My husband and I left messages on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday (and called many other times on those days). Our messages included the property we were interested in. Since it was Memorial Day weekend, we gave your company the benefit of the doubt believing we would get a call on Tuesday. That did not happen. As for my text, “Thanks for getting back to us,” it was written with sarcasm (I should have included an emoji like 🙄 or 🤦♀️). If you had been as responsive to our calls and messages as you have been to this bad review, I would not have had to write the bad review. On the other hand if you happen to get another house for lease in the Lacey/Olympia area, that is a rambler with all hard floors (no carpet) and has a master bath with soaker tub, you have my number. I would happily remove my bad review.
