Went to this store to buy some $600 of decking, owner comes out and shouts at me because I am 'NOT ALLOWED" to select boards that I want and paid for from his stack, he said that he did not want to get left with the rubbish boards!! He said "I do not get a choice from my supplier", so, according to him, I am not allowed to have a choice either... and if i did not like that I was to take my cash elsewhere!?...he assured me that when he goes to a supermarket he does not pick and choose the fruit he likes .... because he does want the store to get left with the rotten fruit!?...Sure he does! ... Is this a Homehardware policy or does this franchisee need 'Customer retention' training?' I bought the rest of my decking ($1500 ) from another store
