I wouldn't use Keri again...the flight to our destination caused to get us to the resort 3 hours early. We had to wait around till the room was ready. We had a 12 hour flight day coming home. Was not ideal at all. The resort was considered 5 stars and my god it was far from it. Communication was ok. I was hoping to find someone who did this full time and that wasn't the case here.
