I can't ever get a hold of anyone here I've called for weeks and months and I've left voice mails and still nothing. I understand that they are busy but it's been a while since anyone has returned my phone call I need to speak to the investigator, not the operator who had a tone last time.

Rhonda at the local coroner's office was extremely kind and helpful when my sister died. Her empathy was appreciated by our entire family after the fiasco we went through in the beginning of our ordeal. The coroner's office showed humanity amidst a crisis we experienced due to the mortuary at my sister's place of residence. Since death is inevitable, it's nice to know that there are qualified caring people dealing with our departed loved ones.
