Called to see if they had a part for my garage door opener. Lady said they have it in stock but they would not sell the part. They only would come out and fix it themselves. Not a great way to do business in my humble opinion.

Had them install a garage door on our new home...It hit the ceiling! We called and the lady answering the phone was very rude to us. The guy came out and after 2 minutes, said I have to come back next week some time. We took off work for nothing...We had another company come out 20 mins after he left, and after 5 minutes, they said roller were installed wrong, they fixed it. Would never waist our time and money with this company again...

Just wanted to let you know how happy I was with the service call I received from Kern Door. The serviceman was at my house less than a half hour after my call and had the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes. Both the receptionist and the serviceman were very polite and businesslike. Thank you for your great service.
