Kettle View Park

If you haven't been to the park for years, it will be hard to find. It's much smaller and surrounded by many townhomes. It's very green with areas to sit and relax

What's going on here? I pay taxes for this? 1 star because they clearly are writing this "park" off as a reasonable substitute for a drain field.

Maybe it is bare minimum acceptable during summer seasons but clearly it is garbage and useless but for probably 9 or 10 months out of the year.

Get a degree and figure out what to do with this stuff my guy.
