I no longer have this eye doctor since changing insurances but I always recommend him when I hear someone looking for awesome eye Dr! Dr Holiwell is very attentive, loads of patience for his little patients and he also has an amazing staff working for him. Always a clean reception/waiting room.

Had an apt. a few days ago. Office staff is very friendly. Doctor is very professional and proficient. Overall experience was great with the office. My only complaint would be some of the patients who go there. I commend the staff for some of the people they have to put up with. Over 30mins late and some people have the NERVE to be rude to the staff like if it’s their fault?! People can be very demanding and I’ll mannered when having to sign in for services. Come on people, the staff is just trying to do their job!!! Reading half the reviews here and i definitely wouldn’t go based off what these people say. Disappointed when I asked one of the girls if they are allowed to respond to them and she said no. Bet half these people have a longer story and a lot of self blame they leave out. Glad I gave it a try and didn’t go off the reviews. Good job Dr. Holiwell and staff. Definitely coming back!

Scheduled an appointment with them right away had a prescription appointment for contacts and glasses. I paid for my glasses at full. Cash in hand. I was told my glasses would be available in 2 to 3 weeks. As well the Scheduled me a follow up appointment in 2 weeks. I showed up to my appointment just to find that they had shut down due to a staff member being in contact with covid. Stating on their doors they will open in 2 weeks. Its been 3 weeks sense the scheduled open time and they are still closed. As I said i paid for my glasses at full. I am moving out of state and im trying to receive my glasses. There is no email to get in contact with the staff or doctor and phone calls go straight to voice-mail. This is very unprofessional not only to leave me without my glasses but to not give me a curtosy notice that they canceled my appointment.
