Just a great experience all around! We needed an inspection for a home we were looking to buy, which meant we were on a time crunch. We were able to schedule an inspection online, with a number of time slots available to choose from. Our inspector, Mark, showed up on time and did a VERY thorough inspection! Along the way, he explained things to us, answered approximately one million questions, and maintained a pleasant attitude. He provided a thorough, easy-to-understand report in an impressively quick turn-around time, with clear advice on which items would require specialists, which could be done by a handyman, and which were so simple and low-stakes we could DIY them. Our real estate agents obviously have more experience with inspections than we do and they were also impressed by Mark's professionalism and how Key formats their reports. I will be recommending Key to anyone I know who needs a home inspection.

Update: Our first house didn't work out, so we hired Key again for the next house. This time we had Gordon for our inspector and he was also great! His report is very thorough with lots of ideas of questions we could ask the sellers to have a better understanding of the house. We had to bring our dog along for this inspection and he was great with her, too.
