My service agent mike could not have been better! Service department is a well oiled machine. They are busy but efficient respectful of your time even if you’re a woman how do you like that! I have to say that Mike went the extra hundred miles to make sure that I was taken care of. He got something covered under a warranty item for me that was borderline and I sure appreciate him and the dealership more than I can say!!! I’m sure grateful I crossed paths with Keyes and Mike and I hope he is recognized for the great service agent that he is!!! E.Amar

Thanks to " Keys European Service Center" today my car feel like the first day I drove it off the lot, thank you for your attention to details and for keeping me on a regular service schedule. Special thanks to Mr. Fuchs, for making sure I understood what I needed done and what it would do to prolong the status of my car. Mr. Fuchs was very attentive and a pleasant to deal with

I don't usually give 5 stars unless it is exceptional, so this is a well-deserved applaud. Scott is a first-class representative of the service department. Without hesitation, he continues to provide top notch service with timely recommendations and overall concern for me as a customer. He certainly makes a big difference in making me feel confident in the entire experience whenever I come in for service needs on my vehicle. Glad he is a part of the Keyes European Service Team in Van Nuys.
