I called. They wanted to collect all my info and would not commit to a price for replacement of my car key. When pushed, he said it'll be $100 - $300 and I'll only find out after the technician arrives and charges me a $29 visit fee. It was probably fine but felt too out of control for a fairly standard replacement key request. It boggles my mind how some companies think it's still ok to do business like this. It's a standard service, tell me the price upfront.

I went to Safeway that had keyMe in it. It was pretty easy to use. They send my key in the mail, because it was for a 89 Volvo. It a little expensive but it is old car, not many places make it. All in all I’m happy that I found a place that makes it!!

I called and they kept telling me that the technician would call me. I tried over an hour calling every half hour and they kept telling me the same thing. I finally just canceled. Don’t waste your time.
