Needed service for keys locked in a car, was in the parking lot right next to their office by chucks produce. Called them but there was a language barrier, we could not understand them and they could not understand us. We explained our location and they asked if we were in a different town than we had stated prior and then they hung up on us.

This employee obviously doesn’t represent the whole company, but based on the experience with them I’d definitely not recommend and just call a different company.
