My brother and sister-in-law enjoyed their KFC dinner in Toppenish. My brother accidentally left his wallet and phone on the counter before departing. The KFC Manager, Mariana, was absolutely remarkable! She set the wallet and phone aside for safekeeping and, in a genius move, texted us as the most recent people who had texted my brother’s phone. We were able to retrieve his belongings and it was a great pleasure to meet Mariana! She is a wonderful human and heroine. We will look forward to future KFC visits while appreciating Mariana’s integrity, outstanding service, and her gracious act of kindness!

Okay, so we like KFC we like Taco Bell, but this store is the worst store. We don't ever get condiments.sporks to eat with butter honey for Biscuit no napkins nothing u can ask for it but u never get it. I mean really hard up to save a buck well thats gonna loose customers for sure...and the chicken was dry and hard u couldn't even eat it. Really owner manager and crew is this how u would like to be treated when u go to fast food restraunts.

Ordered a large side of corn. It looks old, brown, and dry. It tastes horrible. I had ordered delivery and they said they could not deliver a new one.
