If I could give this place less than 1 star I totally would. They charged me for food that I didnt get and when I called back to inform them, they couldn't care less. The guy that answered said he was the manager and they make mistakes. No come back to get it, no sorry, no plan to rectify it, nothing. I asked for the regional manager and he told me to call that number back tomorrow. Totally worthless.

Not busy at 7:00 pm on a Sunday. Ordered at drive-thru; $20 fill-up box and the new bbq sandwich meal. Asked for two KFC sauces and 2 honey mustard in the box (comes with 4). Was told I couldn't change the sauces. I stated that I could on the app, and was told that was different. They are literally cups of sauce in a box that had to be opened to fill! Guess I'll just have to order thru the app next time...
