The one complaint, they rarely allow for increased buisness flow in the weekend. They were out of extra crispy and couldn't even fill a family sized order with a combined chicken order. We paid in advance, to insure actually securing our order. And waited 25 minutes. It was not a deal breaker, because we had the time. Most days, it would have been. The food was definitely fresh! Biscuits are so good and so is the coleslaw. It's hard to beat KFC for a nice side slaw. I feel, if they cannot complete a large order, there should be a discount offered or an added side. That would have secured a 5 star 🌟 rating from me.

My last couple of visits have been better, either they have had training or a new manager. I like the Chicken pot pie. Also with the new menu of $5boxes I think they have improved their menu. I do find my self going here more often. Make sure you have all your stuff, I have still had problems with this.

Giving one star. Only because an order that seemed impossible to screw up, they screwed up. I would understand if I ordered a ton of food, that they maybe would forget something. But all I ordered was Mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. I specified it 3 times, she repeated the order back to me correctly, and I even joked about going home to just eat this mac n cheese and mash potatoes. But when I get home to check, it's only Mac n cheese, no mashed potatoes.. They at least gave me tons of ranch and sporks for this one order of Mac n cheese... Just maybe don't have two high teenagers, too busy joking with each other, alone running the place
