Picked up the 16pc meal, half crispy and original with mashed potatoes w/gravy, Mac n cheese, coleslaw, and this plastic jug of soda. The food was all good. But the order take in drive thur was like "anything else" after everything I ordered. That was the annoying part, but I stayed calm with no attitude.

An employee copied my credit card and made a purchase. Pay in cash ! They refused to reimburse me even though though when they pulled the order they could see it was discounted (employee discount). They ordered a KFC bowel and were charged $5.81. When they realized it was one of there own they hung up told me to take it up
With the credit card company. Beware when going to this establishment!

This was always mess up your food and never try to correct it I order from the app and the app doesn't have the way to get a refund for the mess up when I complaining they said it's corporate policy I lost money for four time when I went there
